WaterStation Mini PV is designed for long-term autonomous operation, powered by a high-capacity rechargeable battery pack and equipped with an solar top. It ensures continuous energy supply, making it ideal for extended deployments without the need for manual charging. When needed, the battery can be easily swapped in three simple steps or fully recharged in just one hour, ensuring uninterrupted water quality monitoring in any environment. Without sun WaterStation Mini still is operative up to 1 year round.

Data Logging with Future-Proof Integration

Includes an advanced WaterData Logger designed for continuous and secure data collection. Featuring durable marine-grade wet-mate connectors, it ensures long-term reliability in strict water environments. Future upgrades will include solar panel integration, LED Reflectors, Live Camera and even more sensors enhancing sustainability, versatility and extending operational capabilities.

Reliable Wireless Communication

Ensures real-time data transmission through advanced wireless connectivity options. It supports LTE4+, for long-range cellular communication, as well as WiFi and Bluetooth for easy local setup and monitoring. These multiple communication methods provide continuous access to critical water quality data from remote locations.

Enhanced Visibility for Safe Monitoring

An optional twilight sensor based solar-powered marine light or an integrated LED Reflector indicator provides high visibility for enhanced safety in low-light conditions. The lighting system is designed for long-range detection and is securely mounted on the buoy top plate, ensuring reliable performance in all weather conditions and remote locations.

Seamless Integration

Fifteen wet-mate sensor ports provides extensive connectivity for various measurement devices. It is compatible with GPS receivers, meteorological sensors, water quality sondes, LED indicators, and an alert buzzer. A future solar top add-on will further enhance the system, allowing for additional power support and improved flexibility in data collection.

Optimized and Secure Underwater Sensor Mounting

Features four 2 x 5 centimeter pass-through ports for seamless underwater sensor mounting while keeping all cables securely protected. The top section is equipped with a screw-on protective cap, effectively concealing and safeguarding cables and connections. Similarly, the bottom section includes an underwater protective cap with a secure screw-thread mechanism, ensuring that all cables remain completely enclosed and shielded from external conditions. This design guarantees maximum protection, preventing exposure to, debris, and physical damage, making it an ideal solution for long-term deployments in challenging aquatic environments.

Durable and Modular Sensor Cage

The custom-designed sensor cage provides a secure and adaptable mounting system for up to six water quality sensors with an interchangeable TPU-based holders, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection in various aquatic environments. Moreover it includes a dedicated mounting point for a depth sensor. The modular design enables quick installation using up to four hexagonal screws, making it simple to assemble, secure, and deploy while ensuring long-term durability in challenging water conditions.

Secure Mooring

Equipped with four reinforced eye nuts, ensuring secure and stable mooring in various aquatic environments. It supports multiple mooring configurations, including catenary moorings, small-buoy assistance catenary moorings, semi-taut two-point moorings, and inverse-catenary (S-shape) moorings. The design allows for flexible positioning, with the option to use a centrically positioned lower cage to adjust the mooring connection point for improved stability and performance in dynamic water conditions.

Anti-Wandalism and Anti-Tampering System protection

Designed with built-in protection against vandalism and unauthorized handling, ensuring continuous operation in the field. It features a motion sensor, buzzer, and integrated GPS tracking to enhance security. If tampering or unauthorized movement is detected, the buzzer activates an audible alarm, signaling a potential threat and deterring interference. Simultaneously, the system sends instant alerts, providing real-time security notifications for immediate response. This proactive defense mechanism ensures the buoy remains protected and operational in all conditions.

Ready for future upgrades

WaterStation Mini is built with a modular and upgradeable platform, ensuring adaptability for future advancements. Its compact and flexible construction allows seamless integration of upcoming enhancements, including solar-powered tops, high-intensity LED reflectors, live cameras, additional air and water quality sensors, and expanded mounting options.
